Responsibilities
- Assist in residential/commercial electrical installations under supervision
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations
- Conduct safety inspections and troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain clean job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Participate in progressive skill-building modules
- Document project progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical license (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus metro
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
