Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Maintain clean and safe work sites following OSHA standards
- Participate in 4-year apprenticeship program with classroom training
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Complete daily safety checks and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to travel to job sites within PA
