Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment under supervision
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting on electrical components
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document work progress and maintain organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical certification within 6 months
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction practices
- Pass background check and drug screening
