Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Prepare work areas and clean job sites after completion
- Participate in structured apprenticeship programs
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel between Florida and NY job sites
