Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform inspections and testing of electrical components and circuits
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and NEC safety standards at all times
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and material usage
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Massachusetts electrician license within 2 years
- Basic math and measurement skills
