At Apex Electric Solutions, we believe in training the next generation of master electricians. You will work under the guidance of certified Journeymen, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Shadow and support senior staff with daily installations and repairs.
- Install Components: Pull wire, mount outlets, and install lighting fixtures according to blueprints.
- Perform Basic Maintenance: Help troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to ensure client satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize hand and power tools in a clean, safe workspace.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners and business owners during service calls.
- Learn & Grow: Complete on-the-job training to advance your journeyman certification.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eager learners with a strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma: General education or equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (hot, cold, heights).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual and available for full-time shifts.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills.
