Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, circuit testing, and equipment setup
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Read blueprints and technical schematics under guidance
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting with provided tools
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Complete continuing education modules as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
- No electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Colorado Springs
