Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and control equipment following NEC standards
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostic testing on electrical components
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to all safety protocols
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- California OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (will provide training)
