Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsUse hand/power tools safely and effectively (drills, wire strippers, conduit benders)
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers
- Perform system troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and practical training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including some weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
