Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret electrical drawings and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform Safety Checks: Ensure all work areas adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Wire & Connect: Assist in pulling wire, terminating circuits, and installing fixtures under supervision.
- Maintain Tools: Keep work vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and in good working order.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and communicate project progress clearly.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn the electrical trade and obtain necessary certifications.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for travel to job sites.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
