Responsibilities
- Assist Licensed Electricians: Support senior team members with residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Learn Blueprint Reading: Work under supervision to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and building plans.
- Install Wiring Systems: Help run conduit, install outlets, switches, and fixtures according to local codes.
- Perform Safety Inspections: Assist in testing electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards and operational requirements.
- Maintain Equipment: Keep all electrical tools and work areas clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Follow Protocols: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training; a background in construction is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with fractions and measurements is helpful.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong desire to learn are essential.
