No prior experience is required—we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, physically fit, and ready to build a stable, high-paying career in the skilled trades.
As an apprentice, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training under the supervision of certified Master Electricians. We offer a clear progression path to Journeyman status.

Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Study and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment and circuits using multimeters and other testing tools.
- Load and unload materials, organize job sites, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Install conduits, wires, and electrical boxes according to local and national electrical codes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and safety hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to obtain a State Electrical Apprentice License.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to safety.
