Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support journeyman electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Conduit & Wiring: Learn to properly install electrical conduits, wires, and components under direct supervision.
- Blueprint Reading: Study and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and on-site safety protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tool organization and job site cleanup.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering basic questions and maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, a safety-first mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
