Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job locations as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures strictly.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve technical skills and trade knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy equipment.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude towards mentorship and supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
