Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging and trenching.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Learn to read blueprints and follow schematic diagrams under supervision.
- Handle electrical components and wiring with care and precision.
- Travel to various job sites within the Fresno metro area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Strong desire to learn and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering materials.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
