Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Learn to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under professional supervision.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret basic electrical schematics and diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Equipment Handling: Properly handle and operate hand and power tools used in residential and commercial wiring.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by moving materials, clearing debris, and organizing tools.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in testing circuits and identifying faults in existing wiring systems.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero years of experience who are eager to learn.
- High School Diploma: General education completion or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be willing to travel to various job sites across the region.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and basic calculations.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with the team.
