Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and wiring.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to understand project requirements and layout plans.
- Wire & Connect: Perform basic wiring tasks, connect outlets, switches, and circuit breakers according to local and national codes.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect Work: Help verify that all installations meet quality control standards and electrical safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of measurements and basic math is a plus.
- Experience: No prior electrical experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including potential weekend or evening work.
