Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Provide hands-on support for installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Conduct Safety Inspections: Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with OSHA and local building codes.
- Material Management: Transport, organize, and inventory electrical materials and tools efficiently.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to explain job progress and answer basic questions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math: Strong aptitude for basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
