Role Overview:
We are seeking energetic individuals to assist our crew with residential and commercial electrical projects. This is a hands-on role perfect for those looking to enter the electrical trade and work towards their journeyman certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Install conduits, wiring, and fixtures according to NEC and local building codes.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on electrical equipment and panels.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain required state-level journeyman licensing within a set timeframe.
