Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsDiagnose electrical issues using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Assist senior electricians on commercial and residential projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Document work completion and maintain project logs
- Participate in 40-hour technical training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic understanding of electrical principles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain Maryland/Virginia electrician license
