Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and system troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install, repair, and maintain lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Document work progress and maintain organized job-site records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Basic understanding of hand/power tools and safety protocols

- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro
