Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper tool organization and site cleanup.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical faults.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; willingness to complete apprenticeship training is highly valued.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the workday.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
