Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial electrical installations under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install and maintain electrical systems including wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Perform safety inspections and compliance checks using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with journeyman electricians on complex projects
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
