Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations
- Document work progress and report issues to supervisors
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions and skill assessments
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Physical stamina for standing/crouching for extended periods
