Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including installing outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Adhere to all local and national electrical codes and company safety protocols.
- Learn and utilize various power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications as training progresses.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
