Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify electrical issues
- Use hand tools and power tools for conduit bending, wire pulling, and equipment installation
- Collaborate with licensed electricians to complete projects efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and Ohm's law
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments (climbing, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to complete continuing education for certification
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
