Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision of licensed electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to National Electrical Code standards
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues in residential and commercial settings
- Prepare work areas and clean up job sites after completion
- Operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment safely
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train motivated beginners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
