Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment under supervision
- Manage material inventory and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train the right candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
