Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations, including lighting, outlets, and switch panels.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as wire stripping, terminating, and conduit bending under supervision.
- Read and interpret simple electrical blueprints and one-line diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Set up and dismantle job sites, including tool organization and material management.
- Document daily work progress and report any material shortages to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces (attics/basements).
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and obtain state licensing.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
