Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial wiring projects.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Install and maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, and switchgear.
- Test electrical systems to ensure they function according to code.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience needed – we provide the training!
- Basic understanding of mathematics (fractions, decimals).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
