Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire, installing outlets, and switch plates.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper functioning using multimeters and other testing equipment.
- Travel to various job sites within the Indianapolis metro area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong desire to learn and advance within the electrical trade.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training!
