Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Install, connect, and test wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and potential issues.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide training for the right candidates.
