Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform Basic Tasks: Run wire, install outlets, switch boxes, and lighting fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols on every job site.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris after work is completed.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners and clients, providing updates on work progress.
- Inventory Management: Help track and organize tools, materials, and supplies needed for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Attitude: Strong desire to learn, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Prior experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
