As an entry-level Electrician, you will work alongside experienced journeymen and master electricians, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. If you are physically fit, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the trade, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Help pull wire, install junction boxes, and secure fixtures according to blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Prepare materials and tools for daily tasks, ensuring readiness for efficient workflow.
- Document work completed and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience required; trade school graduates are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements and material costs.
- Strong desire to learn, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety.
