We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Electricians. As an entry-level electrician, you will work alongside our experienced journeyman technicians, gaining hands-on training in a safe and supportive environment. We offer a comprehensive apprenticeship program designed to get you certified and licensed.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, and terminal connections under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with inventory management.
- Study blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman license through our on-the-job training program.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and travel to different job sites.
