Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit, stripping wire, and connecting fixtures.
- Inspect electrical components and equipment to identify signs of damage or abnormal wear.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the team and report progress to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths, calculating materials, and reading measurements.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and grow professionally within the company.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
