Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment and components to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Prepare materials and tools for daily tasks, including cutting, drilling, and terminating wiring.
- Document work completed accurately and communicate progress to team leads.
- Learn to troubleshoot basic electrical faults and assist in diagnostic processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
