Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Provide hands-on support with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Site Preparation: Gather and organize tools, materials, and equipment necessary for daily operations.
- Wiring & Connections: Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, terminal connections, and terminate circuits.
- Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Technical school certification is a plus.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
