As an Entry Level Electrician, you will work under the supervision of licensed master electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems according to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as running conduit, stripping wire, and terminating connections.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and clients regarding progress and any on-site issues.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (needed for measurements and calculations).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
