Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit, pulling wire, and terminating cables.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards at all times.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or code violations.
- Maintain accurate logs of time worked and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; we provide full training and mentorship.
- Must be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
