Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for residential/commercial projects
- Safely operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Follow NEC codes and safety protocols at all job sites
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Valley
- Pass background check and drug screening
