Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Follow strict safety protocols and comply with NEC and local codes
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and system diagnostics
- Use hand/power tools and test equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work performed and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of electrical principles
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain AZ electrical license within 6 months
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Maricopa County
