Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and system testing
- Document work performed and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain Wisconsin electrician license within 6 months
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team player with excellent communication skills
