Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installationsParticipate in troubleshooting and repair under supervision
- Maintain strict compliance with NEC and local safety codes
- Document work progress and complete daily service reports
- Participate in 40+ hours/year of ongoing technical training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must possess own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide if needed)
