Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in commercial/residential settings under supervision
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on electrical components
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for project execution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Document work progress and maintain accurate job site records
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary - comprehensive training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean record for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible nights, weekends, and overtime
- Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations
