Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Run conduit, pull wires, and install fixtures according to blueprints
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in continuous training programs to advance technical skills
- Respond to emergency service calls during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and occasional overtime
