Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under guidance of senior electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and system diagnostics
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete required reporting forms
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Indianapolis
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and occasional overtime
