Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic understanding of hand tools and construction terminology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Willingness to pursue electrical certification programs
