Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with journeymen electricians to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
