Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on electrical equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC compliance standards
- Collaborate with journeymen electricians on complex projects
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during night shift hours
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10 certification (will be provided upon hire)
